Debra is the founder of Symbio and currently serves as the head of human resources (HR). With over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries, she oversees Symbio’s operations and human resources while also serving as president of Dow Development Laboratories. Her extensive expertise in pharmaceutical development and clinical research continues to drive innovation and excellence within Symbio.
Debra holds a PharmD from the University of the Pacific and an MBA from the University of San Francisco. She is a licensed pharmacist (RPh #41856) and an expert in clinical research, topical product development, dermatology product innovation, and formulation patents.
