Chad is the Director, Business Development, US at Symbio, bringing over 25 years of experience across various roles in clinical trials, project management and business development. His background spans all aspects of clinical operations, having worked in phases 1-4 of clinical trials, including drug trials, device trials, and aesthetics. Chad’s diverse experience also includes roles in investigator relationships, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement.
His career at Symbio has included roles such as CRA, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director, Project Management, and Training & Development Manager. His unique experience spans across different levels, from being a Sponsor Clinical Trials Manager to his work coordinating complex clinical trials at an Investigator Site and CROs.
With over 25 years in the industry, Chad has particular expertise in dermatology, immunology, and inflammation, with broad general therapeutic experience. His skills extend to program planning, site monitoring, investigator relationships, and improving operational efficiency.
Chad holds B.S. from the University of California, San Diego, and a certificate as an ACRP CCRA (Certified Clinical Research Associate). His strategic leadership and extensive expertise make him a key contributor to Symbio’s growth and success in clinical operations and business development.
