Teresa is Director, Monitoring US at Symbio, where she leads the US-based monitoring team and ensures excellence in monitoring operations across all clinical trials. With nearly 30 years of experience in the clinical research field, Teresa brings a strong track record of leadership, communication, and team development.
She holds a BS degree in Community Health from New Mexico State University and has held progressive roles from Study Coordinator to CRA, Lead CRA, Global Lead CRA and Associate CRA Manager. Her background includes extensive work with GI trials and experience across leading organizations such as Quintiles, Novartis, RPS, and Symbio.
Teresa is known for her proactive leadership style, strong commitment to transparency, and dedication to high-quality, risk-based monitoring solutions that ensure patient safety and data reliability.
